Fitness Pilates is a flowing, mind body workout to ambient music. It helps to improve muscular skeletal imbalances, promotes core strength and spinal mobility and reduce stress. This class is suitable for all fitness levels including beginners.
Please wear grippy socks or bare feet, bring a mat, water & hand gel/wipes.
No other personal belongings to be brought to class apart from your keys.
