Our Yoga is for real women (even if you’re not bendy or have problems with balance!)

Suitable for all levels including beginners, this course is not only perfect for improving strength, balance and flexibility in all ages but also in reducing some of the negative symptoms of peri to post menopause by:

  • Reducing hot flushes.
  • Lowering stress.
  • Reducing aches and pains.
  • Lowering blood pressure and reducing night sweats
  • Offering natural pain relief.

The diffusion of natural and therapeutic essential aromatherapy oils during your practice intensifies your focus and the effect of the yoga itself.

Healing benefits of aromatherapy oils include improved sleep, releasing old or negative emotions, experiencing a detoxifying or cleansing feeling, soothing tense muscles and helping to balance hormonal fluctuations.


What is Fitness Yoga?
A fitness programme that incorporates deep stretch, Yoga postures and fitness principles for the first 45 minutes of the class. This is followed with 15 minutes of guided aromatherapy relaxation/meditation.

By taking part in a Fitness Yoga class you can expect to improve your posture and flexibility greatly. You will learn how to increase your body strength and balance and to move with more confidence.

It is not a spiritual experience. It mimics Yoga in it’s breathing and style, offering postures that endorse strength and stability.

There is no dogma, chanting or philosophy attached to this workout. Moves and postures can be sequenced together to the beat of the music making transitions seamless and graceful.

You’ll need:
Non slip mat
Yoga block or hand towel
barefeet or grippy socks (available to purchase in class £5)
Loose, comfortable warm layers plus a fleece blanket or throw for the relaxation session.
